Update v1.2

Helloooo!

I've just updated the game to 1.2 - mainly to include a credit to  Damien G, creator of the font included with MPAGD that I used in this game, but since I was in the source files I improved a couple of things...

Other changes:

• Added spawn sprite to give (very quick) warning of where enemies are spawning
• Tweaked firing rate to fire a bit more
• Tweaked enemy spawn rates
• Added nice box around the high score on the menu screen
